Pastors live hectic lives tending to the needs of others at their own sacrifice. All pastors need the support of others, whether family members or fellow clergy, who understand well the pressures upon every pastor. We sponsor these spiritual retreats so that relationships can both begin and be strengthened to support pastors throughout their ministries in the DCBC.
