The Office of Administration and Stewardship (OAS) provides for the facilities and necessary operations in support of the staff and ministry opportunities provided by the Offices of the Executive Director/Minister (OED), Equipping Leaders (OEQL),) Empowering Congregations(OEPC), and Communications (OOC).
