God At Work

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve and support our member churches as they continue to grow and thrive in ministry. Hearing testimonies of how God has worked through DCBC member churches over the past 24 months reminds us of the power of partnership, faith, and community in advancing God’s Kingdom together.

We give thanks for the light of Christ that shines through the work of DCBC and our member churches. Each act of service, every prayer lifted, and every ministry shared helps illuminate hope in our communities and beyond. Together, we celebrate being vessels of God’s light—spreading love, faith, and encouragement to a world in need.

We are still rejoicing over the incredible time of worship, learning, and fellowship shared during our Annual Gathering of Churches earlier this month. It was a powerful reminder of God’s presence among us as pastors, leaders, and members came together to reflect, recharge, and reimagine ministry. We thank God for the unity, inspiration, and renewed purpose that continue to flow from this unforgettable weekend.

Through every prayer lifted and every act of compassion, DCBC continues to shine God’s light into the world. Our prayers not only strengthen our churches but ripple outward—bringing hope, healing, and encouragement to countless lives. We give thanks for the divine impact of faith in action and for the ways God uses us to be light-bearers in our communities. May we continue to walk boldly in His light, serving as instruments of grace and love wherever He leads.

It is our honor to be a blessing to our member churches and communities through the ministry and mission of DCBC. Working alongside pastors, leaders, and congregations reminds us of the power of unity and faith in action. We thank God for the privilege of serving together and for the joy that comes from witnessing lives and ministries flourish.

We are grateful to hear how the recent Flourishing Symposium has deeply blessed and encouraged ministry teams across our DCBC family. The time of learning, reflection, and spiritual renewal equipped church staff to lead with greater purpose, balance, and joy. Through shared wisdom and God-centered conversation, participants discovered new ways to nurture both personal and congregational flourishing. We thank God for the lasting impact of this gathering and for every life and ministry strengthened through it.
