After a distinguished 10-year tenure with the Inspector General's office at the Department of Defense, I transitioned into a fulfilling retirement that allowed me to pursue my diverse range of passions. From Line Dancing to Praise Dance, Hand Dancing to Biking, and even Teaching American Sign Language, my interests span a wide spectrum. I believe in staying active and engaged, exemplifying the spirit of
1 Corinthians 6:19-20,” Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, so honor God with your body.” which guides my approach to life. In my post retirement years, I've had the privilege of choreographing uplifting praise dances for both the Anointed Vessels of Praise (Adult Praise Dance Ministry) and the Angels of Praise (Children Praise Dance Ministry). Additionally, I've dedicated time to fostering health and well-being by leading physical fitness sessions for seniors and visiting nursing facilities to teach residents how to incorporate Sign Language into their exercise routines. My journey continues to be one of purpose, seeking to honor God through movement and meaningful connections.
