We at the D.C. Baptist Convention have partnered with an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Network and have established the DCBC Coaching Network to provide our members coaching skills training.

 

The ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
