The District of Columbia Baptist Convention is one of, if not the most diverse Baptist organizations in the world. 43 of the 150+ DCBC congregations have up to 95% immigrant populations hailing from Africa, Asia, Central and South American, and the Caribbean. To capitalize on the strengths and address the challenges presented by such a diverse community of believers, DCBC is engaging our congregations and partners to discern how to best utilize our resources to minister to those our newly arrived brothers and sisters.
