Baptist Women's Ministries- DC Baptist Convention is a Christ-centered ministry committed to connecting women and mission related events and opportunities. Its overall goal – is to challenge Christian believers to understand and be radically involved in the mission of God—is accomplished through hands-on missions opportunities and resources.

The DCBC Women’s Ministry also coordinates the work of the Baptist Nursing Fellowship; a group of male and female healthcare professionals that use their professions as platforms for sharing the gospel. Baptist Nursing Fellowship is designed to help health-care professionals utilize their talents to fulfill their desires to serve God alongside other people.
