What the Foundation Does

The Foundation’s mission is to manage resources in order to support the work of the churches and the D.C. Baptist Convention.  It offers churches consultation in stewardship, assistance in fund-raising, and guidance in building endowments.

 

The Foundation currently manages more than $5,000,000 to earn resources that can be used to provide scholarships for seminary students, construction loans for churches, and support for the mission work of the D.C. Baptist Convention.

 

If you are planning to attend a Baptist seminary or a seminary with a Baptist studies program and are a member of a D.C. Baptist Convention church, please contact us for more information.

The Foundation actively seeks to work with those who are interested in making legacy gifts to their church and/or to Baptist causes supported by the D. C. Baptist Convention. Whether this be a bequest through a will, a charitable gift annuity, a life insurance property, or through some tangible property, we will happily assist you in thinking through this legacy decision.

 

If you are the chairman of a D.C. Baptist church building committee and need a loan of up to $100,000 for church construction, please contact us for details.
